About the Role:
Are you passionate about education and skilled in managing classroom behaviour? Aspire People are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Cover Supervisor to work within a primary school in Corby. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a classroom environment and enjoys making a difference in children's learning journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
Ensure a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
Manage pupil behaviour effectively, maintaining classroom discipline.
Provide support to pupils with varying educational needs.
Liaise with teaching staff and follow school policies.
What We're Looking For:
Strong classroom behaviour management skills.
Proven experience working in a primary school setting, ideally as a cover supervisor, teaching assistant, or similar role.
Confidence in leading a class and engaging with students of all abilities.
A proactive and adaptable approach to classroom responsibilities.
A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
